Reviews and Ratings
I've been coming to this hotel every summer for 25 years, and it never disappoints! The onsen is truly the best in Kusatsu, and the breakfast options are out of this world. The atmosphere is relaxing, though the service can be a bit slow. Overall, a great value for a stress-free holiday experience.
Staying at this hotel was a unique experience that felt both authentic and serene. The onsen facilities were fantastic, and the traditional Japanese room setup added to the charm. Although the location requires a bit of a walk to get to town, it’s a nice spot for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The food was exceptional, especially the dinner buffet, but communication was sometimes challenging due to the language barrier.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, especially with the fantastic onsen facilities and a delightful dinner buffet featuring king crab legs. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the slower service at times was a little frustrating. The hotel is not right in the town center, but it’s an easy walk or a quick shuttle ride. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially for families.
This hotel offers a unique Japanese experience, set in a picturesque town with great hot springs. The facilities are impressive, especially the private baths and the buffet dining. However, getting there can be a hassle without proper planning and the rooms could use some updates.
The hotel offers a wonderful experience with spacious and clean rooms, showcasing a comfortable stay. The onsen facilities, particularly the outdoor one, are a definite highlight. Although it's a bit away from the town's center, the shuttle service helps, but it can get crowded. Dining options are excellent, especially enjoying the buffet with an abundance of seafood. The only downside is the occasional language barrier with staff, but overall, it's a lovely vacation spot.
